Located in the heart of the UC Davis campus, the Memorial Union meeting room complex offers a relaxed environment for a variety of events, including but not limited to meetings, classes, banquets, and receptions. The affordability and conveniences located within the Memorial Union along with the friendly and professional staff make this the ideal location for your next event.
Teleconferencing Information - At this time, the Memorial Union does not have teleconferencing capabilities for programs such as Zoom. Therefore, clients of the Memorial Union who would like to host a teleconference must provide the laptop, the webcam, the omnidirectional microphones that connect to the laptop, and any other equipment they deem necessary for their teleconference. Furthermore, Memorial Union Staff are only trained on the audio-visual equipment owned by the Memorial Union and may not be able to assist with any issues that may occur with the teleconferencing equipment.

Please be aware that all reservations for the Memorial Union meeting rooms must be made through Conference and Event Services at https://ces.ucdavis.edu.
Attention Student Organizations:
Registered UC Davis student organizations are able to enjoy four hours of complimentary meeting room rental per week at the Memorial Union. Meeting rooms are subject to availability.
