Banquet Set Up - 72 seated

ARC Ballroom B banquet style set-up. 9 rounds tables with 8 chairs around each table. This set up has a seating capacity of 72. A podium and screen are placed on the North wall.  The Ballroom Hallway has 1 table for check-in.  In addition, there are 3 long tables set-up for catering and 1 long table for beverages at the end of the hallway.

Classroom Set Up - 56 seated

The chairs face a podium and screen on the North wall.  The Ballroom Hallway has 2 tables & 4 chairs for check-in.  In addition, there are 3 long tables set-up for catering and 1 long table for beverages at the end of the hallway.
