Banquet Set Up - 96 seated

Student Community Center Multi Purpose Room, seating for 96. 12 round tables are evenly spaced in 3 rows of 4 columns around the room. Each table has 8 chairs spaced around it. 3 six-foot tables joined end to end are against the North wall. There is also a podium on the right side of the East Wall. There are 4 trashcans at the back of the room as well as 2 others by the right hand door.
This is a standard banquet set up with 3 rows of 4 round tables and 8 chairs set up around each table. There is a total seating capacity of 96. There is 2 feet 6 inches between each table/chair set up and space for a podium at the front.

Classroom Set Up - 48 seated

Student Community Center Multi Purpose Room, seating for 48. 16 six -foot tables are in 2 columns of 4 rows. Each row has 2 tables joined end-to-end, with six chairs, all facing the East wall. There is also a podium on the left side of the East Wall. There are 4 trashcans at the back of the room as well as 2 others by the right hand door.
This is a diagram of a standard classroom set up in the multipurpose room. There are 4 rows of 12 chairs and 4 tables for a total of 48 chairs and 16 tables. There are 3 chairs at each table with 2 tables next to each other and a 4 foot walkway down the middle of the room separating each row into sets of 6 chairs and 2 tables. There is 6 feet 6 inches of space at the sides of each row and 10 feet of space at the front which allows for a podium.

Lecture Set Up - 160 seated

Student Community Center Multi Purpose Room, seating for 160. Facing the East wall, there are 2 columns of 10 rows. Each row has 8 chairs. 3 six-foot tables joined end to end are against the North wall. There is also a podium on the left side of the East Wall. There are 4 trashcans at the back of the room as well as 2 others by the right hand door.
This is a diagram of a standard lecture set up with 10 rows of 16 chairs. There is a walkway down the middle of each row splitting the row into 2 sections of 8 chairs. There is 6 feet of space on the sides of each row and 10 feet of space at the front of the room which allows for a podium or other items.

Reception Set Up - 200 capacity

Student Community Center Multi Purpose Room, capacity for 200. 5 cocktail tables are spaced around the room. 3 six-foot tables joined end to end are against the North wall. There is also a podium on the left side of the East Wall. There are 4 trashcans at the back of the room as well as 2 others by the right hand door.
