University Credit Union Center: Event Capacities and Diagrams

Facility Information and Floorplans

The University Credit Union Center is a multi-use facility, able to accommodate a variety of events, including but not limited to concerts, trade shows, athletic events and commencement ceremonies. The following event diagrams are provided to assist you with ideas and equipment options available at the venue.

Banquet Set Up - Main Floor

Each table has 8 chairs set up around them for a total seating capacity of 728. Career Fair Set Up - Main Floor

Floor plan of the UCU with 167 tables set up for a career fair. There are 5 walkways with tables set up on each side. There are 12 rows of tables. 8 Roes of tables are set up in the middle of the floor creating walkways with each row containing 15 tables. There are rows of tables set up along each of the 4 walls of the lower floor. The north and south walls contain 10 tables each, the east wall has 13 tables and the west wall has 14 tables.

There are 4 double-sided rows of tables with a center aisle dividing the tables in the middle of the floor. There are rows of tables set up along the perimeter of the lower floor. Concert Set Up - Full Facility - total capacity 5574

Dining and Reception - Main Floor

Lecture Set Up - Full Facility - seating capacity 5379

The lower floor contains 2 sections of 30 rows of 14 chairs for a total of 840 seats. Lower floor bleachers have a capacity of 972. Mezzanine level seating has a capacity of 1172. Concourse bleachers has a capacity of 2414. Total capacity is 5398.

Presentation and Reception Set Up - Main Floor

There is a stage with seating set up along the north wall of the lower floor. 15 feet of space is allowed between the stage and main seating area. In the main seating area there are 4 sections. Each section contains 15 rows of 11 chairs for total seating of 660. In the south area of the lower floor there are 6 round tables with 8 chairs per table. There are also 6 cocktail tables set up and in the middle there are square and round tables for serving.

Tradeshow Set Up - Main Floor

In the center there are 6 sections with each section having 12 booth spaces. Along the north and south walls there are 8 booth spaces each. Along the east and west walls there are 13 booth spaces. Volleyball Tournament Set Up - Full Facility

Volleyball set up. there is a concession area on the north upper area. 2 warm up courts are set up in both the east and west upper area. The lower floor has 4 courts set up with some seating set up along one side of the courts for each team. There are ref stands set up opposite the team seating.
